Who it fits.
Established marketing and advertising agencies, primarily 5 to 30 employees, mainly in the US and UK, that already sell and already deliver. The system is built for agencies where the bottleneck is a consistent flow of qualified opportunities, not the offer or the close.
- Proven offer: your service already sells, and you can say who buys and why.
- Case studies: at least one client story with a clear result we can lead with.
- Senior sales: a founder or senior salesperson takes the calls.
- Strong economics: one good client is worth acquiring.
- Capacity: room to deliver for at least 3 to 5 new clients without breaking the team.
Not for agencies still trying to validate their offer.
Not a lead list. Not guaranteed meetings.
Many outbound providers sell a spreadsheet of contacts or promise a fixed number of meetings. Neither tells you whether those conversations turn into clients. We don't sell meetings to every agency. We build outbound for agencies that can actually monetise the opportunities.
Lead lists
Contacts with no targeting decision, messaging, reply handling or accountability for what happens next.
Guaranteed meetings
Volume promised regardless of market size or fit. We do not guarantee a number of meetings.
This system
Agreed targeting, owned infrastructure, tested messaging, qualified replies and measurement through to revenue.
What the system covers.
Eight parts, operated by us from research to booked conversation.
01
Targeting
We start with the markets and customers you already have evidence you can help. Together we research and refine the ICP: which service, which type of client, which buyer. You approve who we target before anything launches.
02
Prospect data
We source and organise the accounts and contacts that fit the agreed criteria, then verify them before they enter a campaign. The list is built for the campaign, not bought off the shelf.
03
Infrastructure
Domains, inboxes and sending setup are built and warmed up for two weeks before any real email goes out. The first emails go out in week 3. Required outbound tools and data are included within the agreed scope.
04
Messaging
Campaign angles are built around your offer, your proof and your strongest client stories. We write the copy and test message and segment combinations rather than betting everything on one email.
05
Campaign operation
We launch and run the campaigns, learn from response data and optimise what works. The engine keeps operating after the first conversations land in your calendar.
06
Reply qualification
We manage interested replies and check them against the criteria agreed before launch: fit with the target market, decision-maker status and genuine intent. A positive reply is not treated as a qualified opportunity until it passes those checks.
07
Booking
Qualified prospects are booked onto your calendar. Your founder, owner, partner or senior salesperson takes the sales conversation and closes.
08
Measurement
We measure qualified conversations, held calls, proposals, wins and revenue, not just emails sent or reply rates. Reporting is part of the engagement.
We run the outbound. You take the calls.

What it has produced.
For one marketing agency, over roughly 45 to 50 days: 33 booked calls, about 20 held, 8 paying clients and roughly $35K first-month cash collected. Their services generally sold for $5K to $7K. Results vary by market, offer and sales process, and are not guaranteed.
Start with a Market Opportunity Review.
Before we ask you to buy outbound, we want to know whether outbound makes sense for your agency. The review covers initial target-market direction, which service and client combination looks strongest, which existing proof could anchor the campaign, reachability and commercial fit. If we think the economics, market or offer make outbound a poor fit, we'll tell you.
Already have an internal team and only need the system built? Ask about an Engine Build on the review call.
